Call for Papers
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers on the above listed topics. Each author can participate in at most three papers. The papers should be submitted via the conference management system (https://hitechconf.org/conftool/). Each paper will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.
All papers that have successfully passed through peer review, meeting all requirements (original text by authors, paid fee, formatting, met deadlines), admitted to the conference and presented at the conference will be considered for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® database.

Pre-registration and submitting of abstracts should be done via the web interface.
Upload your abstract/digest online using the Conference Management System (Login and Registration - https://hitechconf.org/conftool/).
Oral Presentation
The paper should be reported personally by one of the authors. For the oral presentations it is suggested to use MS PowerPoint. A multimedia projector is available.
Poster Preparation
The available poster area is in format A0 (840 X 1188).
The title of the paper, the authors, the main problems, the achievements and conclusions have to be explained in the poster using text, equations, graphics and pictures.
During the poster sessions the authors have to present their work very shortly in front of the audience: 2-5 slides, within 1-2 minutes. The questions and discussions will be continued at the poster panels.

Publication
Prospective authors are invited to submit papers on the above listed topics. Each author can participate in at most three papers. A two-page digest for each paper and the paper should be submitted via the conference management system.
The evaluation process is managed by Conference Management System. The criteria are: Contribution of the submission; Quality of Content; Originality and level of innovativeness; Relevance for the "Call for Papers"; Quality of presentation; and Overall recommendation. All criteria are given points (maximum number of points 100).
Each paper is reviewed by at least two reviewers. If reviewers have conflicting opinions about a submission, extra reviewers are assigned to that submission and final decision is given by the Program Committee and General Chair
